CINE 323 Cinema Color 2 Course expands upon concepts taught in Cinema Color 1 by providing students with training in the theory and techniques of telecine and digital intermediates. Students apply their knowledge of the technical aspects and aesthetics of the celluloid-based film transfers and digital manipulation. Principles of color theory and the tools available to filmmakers engaged in the process of electronic media and image manipulation are explored through lecture, interactive computer exercises, and hands-on telecine experience.
